There are no restrictions on when you can book your public sweats with your membership.
If you have the Big Sweat membership you can bring guests for your private sweat that is included in your membership, but for any public hours you will need to make a separate reservation.
You can have someone use your pass, but you will need to make a reservation for them with their name and contact for safety purposes.
The little sweat allows you up to 4 sweats per month, the medium sweat is up to 8 solo sweats, and big sweat includes 8 solo sweats and 1 group session per month.
You will be automatically charged on a monthly business and can manage your membership with your log-in. You can cancel at any time.
